Jasmine Hazelton Gregory, Esq.

Protecting Your Rights and the Best Interest of Your Children

Attorney Jasmine Hazelton Gregory is a zealous legal advocate who consistently aims to find solutions that will best serve your family. With specialties in family law, domestic violence, juvenile abuse/neglect/dependency cases, termination of parental rights proceedings, and drafting end-of-life planning documents, she has a demonstrated ability to navigate unusual or difficult cases. After completing law school and passing the bar examination, Attorney Jasmine has exclusively worked at independently or with boutique law firms serving Winston-Salem, Forsyth County, Stokes County, as well as surrounding counties in North Carolina. Since she began practicing in 2018, she has independently handled more than 250 complex cases with diverse individuals from all walks of life.

Jasmine is a native of Charlottesville, Virginia. She attended Elon University as a Presidential Scholar, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications, as well as two minors in history and African American studies. After finishing her undergraduate studies, Jasmine spent more than three years working as a public relations and marketing professional with several small businesses and nonprofit organizations. She then attended law school at Wake Forest University, where she was extensively involved in the school’s Pro Bono Project, the Domestic Violence Awareness Coalition, and the Women in Law organization. Also during law school, Jasmine interned with the Children’s Law Center of Central North Carolina, serving as a Guardian ad litem in high conflict custody battles and cases involving domestic violence. Additionally, she interned with the Vice Chancellor for Institutional Integrity & General Counsel at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Jasmine was the 2018 recipient of the North Carolina State Bar Pro Bono Service Award, which is presented annually to a law student who has contributed significant time and talent to free law-related services upon graduation. She also received Elon University's esteemed "Top 10 Under 10" Award in 2019 for exemplary community and public service. In 2020, she was honored as a Top 40 Under 40 Attorney by the National Black Lawyers and in 2021, she was honored as a Top 10 Family Law Attorney Under 40 by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys. With a heart for serving others, Jasmine aims to empathetically serve each and every client.
